Asharqia Chamber holds a workshop titled "Success through Building Personal Identity" as part of the Leadership Initiative.
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women's Empowerment Center, held a workshop as part of the Leadership Initiative titled "Success through Building Personal Identity," targeting female leaders and entrepreneurs.
The workshop, held on Tuesday evening, witnessed the participation of 20 trainees. The session was facilitated by an expert in human resource development and the CEO of Unleashed, a company specializing in personal identity building, Susan Riyadh. She discussed the process of building personal identity and achieving success, along with communication skills, relationship building, self-promotion through social media platforms, and the impact of personal identity on professional success. The workshop also included interactive exercises and group discussions to enhance learning.
The workshop aims to highlight the importance of personal identity in enhancing moral values and attracting interested parties, thereby creating a positive perception of the project among clients and increasing interest in its products. Personal identity is seen as the process of building a genuine identity or distinctive value within the scope of work.
The initiative works on attracting a group of women with the aim of training them, followed by guidance and mentoring in their professional fields. It involves monitoring their tasks and progress to ensure their advancement in professional fields and leadership positions, thereby increasing women's representation in forums and conferences. This effort by the Women's Empowerment Center aims to enhance women's participation and maximize their contribution to economic development.
Given the importance of supporting women in developing communication mechanisms with the business community, facing challenges, and enabling them to take leadership positions in various fields, the initiative focuses on empowering women to address challenges and take effective action. It also aims to focus on the major challenges facing women in decision-making positions and to explore and discuss new and effective mechanisms to enhance their ability to make decisions and participate effectively.
